Standard Delivery:

Delivery in Karachi will take 1-2 days.

Delivery in rest of the cities/areas of Pakistan would take 3-5 days to be delivered.

Delivery charges will not be charged all over Pakistan for orders exceeding PKR 1,500/-

  • All orders processed before 1PM of same day shall be delivered same day as ordered

  • All orders processed after 1PM of same day shall be delivered Next Business Day, we will try to accommodate for same day. If not, we will deliver on our committed timeline

Any product by the customer can be exchanged within a time period of 10 days under certain conditions. Other than that, a customer also has the option to have a redeemable voucher (valid for purchase for the next 30 days) once we receive the return. The customer has to send us the parcel at their own expense if the order is to be returned other than Karachi. In Karachi, our rider would pick parcel from the customer.

Note: We have a no return policy of products from the category of Diapering, Feeding, Socks, and Accessories.   

Following are the conditions which needs to be met for consideration of a return: 

  • The product(s) you want to return needs to be unwashed, unworn, or used in any other way.

  • The tags of the product shouldn’t be removed or any other sort of packaging. reserves the right to refuse the return request if the product isn’t in the condition as we sent before.

  • Delivery charges which were incurred when the customer first ordered the product will not be refunded. 

  • When a product is sent to us via courier make sure that you label the product as “Return” to avoid any inconvenience. In Karachi, our rider himself would collect the parcel from your doorstep but should also be labelled as return.



Refund policy at is simple and straight. If you have received a product which has some sort of defect it can be returned within 7 working days after confirmation of the defected condition



The procedure to return product(s) is pretty straightforward. Following is the way it will be possible: 

  • The first step is to come into contact with our support team, share your order details, and request for either a return or a redeemable voucher of your order amount choosing between the two is up to the customer’s need. 

  • The second step is to label the parcel with “Return” and send it via courier to us for return. Our rider would collect the parcel by himself for return in Karachi only. 


  • Contact our customer support department, share order details and the defect within 7 working days after receiving the order.

  • Customer has to send us the parcel via courier at their own expense while in Karachi our rider would himself collect the order for return. 

  • Customer support will confirm that the order is in defective condition, your request would then be proceeded and you would be able to get a redeemable voucher of the amount equivalent to your order value so you can shop again.

Return Guide

If you have received a wrong product(s) mistakenly, product is faulty or size of the product isn’t as you required, we will help you sort this out in the most efficient manner by providing a free return pickup on the same address the parcel was delivered. Kindly follow the procedure mentioned below to file your returns on ®Bachay Returns Portal.

Step One: Customer has to come into contact with our support team and mention the issue he has so that customer support can open a ticket of your return order.

Step Two: After verification of the issue from our team we will give you a go to send us the parcel via courier or if in Karachi our rider will pick your parcel from your doorstep.

Step Three: After receiving the parcel from the customer or through our rider sent on our address. We will assess the parcel whether it complies with our return policy and if the conditions mentioned in the return policy are met, we will inform the customer whether it qualifies for return or not.

Step Four: If you have been informed about you qualifying for the return, we will process your ticket and send back a fresh replenishment or award you with a redeemable voucher to spend on our website.
