Free Standard shipping for all orders exceeding PKR 1499/-

Standard Delivery:

Delivery in Karachi will take 1-2 days.

Delivery in rest of the cities/areas of Pakistan would take 3-5 days to be delivered.

Delivery charges will not be charged all over Pakistan for orders exceeding PKR 1,500/-

 Terms & Condition for SD

  • All orders processed before 1PM of same day shall be delivered same day as ordered
  • All orders processed after 1PM of same day shall be delivered Next Business Day, we will try to accommodate for same day. If not, we will deliver on our committed timeline
  • Bachay.com fleet will allow you to open the ordered parcel and check its content, sizes and fit.

    All orders are shipped on COD payment method.
    We update our Policy Terms time to time, stay connected with us.
    Incase our costumer is not reachable or not present at receiving address, our fleet may reschedule with client to re attempt, or drop by to nearest amended location.

    Return and Exchange policy

     We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 10 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

    If Product is returned to bachay.com in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to not register your complaint. The product can be tried to see its fit

    Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

    Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

    Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

    Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
